Exploration company Ormonde Mining says the results of a feasibility study on plans to develop its Barruecopardo tungsten project in Spain will be announced by late February.
Ormonde said this would allow talks with various parties interested in funding the project to move forward.
The company's managing director Kerr Anderson said the feasibility study results would be a "key milestone" in the company's plans to become a major European producer of tungsten concentrates.
The company also said drilling was continuing at its other Spanish projects - including a copper project at La Zarza and gold projects at Salamanca and Zamora.
Meanwhile Providence Resources says it plans to drill an exploration well at its Dunquin project in the second quarter of 2013. Providence has a 16% stake in the project, which is oeprated by ExxonMobil (27.5%).
