A receiver has been appointed to two assets of Galway-based Earls Holdings Ltd, the Radisson BLU Hotel Athlone and East Nightclub in Ballinasloe.
Kieran Wallace of KPMG has been appointed as the receiver.
Both businesses will continue trading and the 104 full-time and part-time jobs at the hotels and nightclub will not be affected.
The receiver also says all customer bookings, deposits and vouchers will be honoured.
Earls Holdings Ltd operates the hotel under the Radisson BLU franchise, but it does not own any other Radisson BLU franchises in Ireland.
