Readymix has agreed a deal to sell certain assets at Cahir, Co Tipperary to three independent purchasers.
It has also announced a deal to sell other non-core assets at Ballitore in Co Kildare. It said that KTK Sand & Gravel have agreed to assume the ongoing liabilities of Ballitore in respect of some royalty agreements.
Readymix said the deals will have not a significant impact on its cash position.
