AIB is to sell its AIB International Financial Services business for €33m as part of its programme of selling off assets.
The business is being bought by the Capita Group. The deal is subject to approval by regulators in Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
AIB IFS, which is headquartered in Dublin's International Financial Services Centre, provides outsourced services to financial institutions.
AIB has been told to sell off assets and reduce its size as part of the Government's plan to restructure the banking sector under the EU/IMF deal.
