Agribusiness firm Origin Enterprises has completed the acquisition of the fertiliser business of UK firm Carr's Milling in a deal worth about £25m sterling.
The development comes following the approval of the transaction by the shareholders of Carr's Milling at its General Meeting earlier today.
The deal was first announced on 20 June.
The fertiliser business, based in Scotland and the North of England, provides specialist fertilisers and integrated nutrient management systems.
