CPL Resources has announced a deal to buy Runway Personnel for an undisclosed sum.
The company provides recruitment solutions in the healthcare sector, to public and private hospitals, care homes and health facilities across Ireland.
CPL said the deal is another step in its strategy of extending its presence in the healthcare sector.
