The High Court has decided to accept the examiner's proposed scheme of arrangement for Four Star Pizza, securing the future of the company.
Gonville, the investment company of hotelier Michael Holland, has bought the Irish and UK franchise rights of the company, which has 37 outlets in Ireland.
Gonville said today that it aims to double the number of stores here over the next three years through an investment of €750,000.
The company also intends on developing the pizza chain in the UK over the next two years.
