The National Consumer Agency has said it is now considering a prosecution against the Irish Mail on Sunday for a breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
The paper yesterday used a cover bearing the Sunday Tribune title over its own paper.
The Sunday Tribune was placed into receivership last Tuesday and the paper will not be published until a buyer is secured.
The Sunday Tribune yesterday branished the Mail's move as a 'shameless' act.
