RTÉ business editor David Murphy was honoured today as a finalist at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School Business Journalist Awards.
David won the award in the Business Interview category and was also a finalist in the Breaking Business News category.
The awards, which are now in their fourth year, reward excellence in Irish business journalism from print, broadcast and online media.
Other winners include Tom Lyons from the Sunday Times, John Reynolds from the Irish Times Innovation Magazine, Simon Carswell from the Irish Times, Charlie Weston from the Irish Independent and Peter Flanagan from the Irish Independent.
