CPL Resources has announced a deal to buy PHC Care Management for an undisclosed sum.
PHC provides quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to continue to live independently.
CPL said the deal represents another step in its strategy of extending its presence in the healthcare sector.
'This partnership is an excellent base from which to further develop our homecare services across Ireland,' commented CPL's CEO Anne Heraty.
