An application seeking former Anglo Irish Bank chief executive David Drumm's US bankruptcy proceedings to be recognised by the Irish courts has been adjourned for a week.
Mr Justice Kevin Feeney said documents in the case should be made available to lawyers for Anglo Irish Bank.
The case will be back before the court next Monday.
