Greencore's chief financial officer Geoff Doherty is leaving the firm to take up a similar position at building materials company Kingspan.
He will join the Kingspan board as chief financial officer designate in January, and will then succeed Dermot Mulvihill, who is retiring later in 2011.
'Since joining Greencore Group in 2001 Geoff has made an immense contribution to the development of the company and while we are sorry to see him leave, we wish him every success in his future career,' commented Greencore chairman Ned Sullivan.
