Seventy five jobs at Quinn Insurance in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh which were to be lost have been reprieved.
A spokesman for the administrator in charge of the business said growing levels of business in motor cover had resulted in the planned redundancies being called off.
More than 900 Quinn employees applied for voluntary redundancy after the company was put into administration by the High Court in Dublin in March.
