An interim examiner has been appointed to fitness club chain Jackie Skelly Fitness, but the company says it remains open as normal.
The High Court has appointed Kieran Wallace of KPMG as interim examiner after hearing that an investor was keen to inject funds into the company.
A statement from the company said it would continue to be run by its executive team, which includes Mark Tooke and Jackie Skelly.
The company employs 300 people and operates 10 outlets.
