A subsidiary of Dublin-listed SiteServ has been chosen as the preferred bidder for a contract to provide boiler installation and servicing services to Bord Gáis.
It said Bord Gáis and Sierra Communications would now go into contract negotiations, and a further announcement was expected in the first three months of next year.
SiteServ says the contract has an estimated value of €50m over the three-year term and has the potential to extend to a further two years.
