Marks & Spencer and Chartered Land today said that the retail chain will become the anchor tenant for the proposed extension of the Swords Pavilions shopping centre in North Dublin.
The store, which is anticipated to open in Spring 2014, is expected to create in excess of 450 jobs.
Marks & Spencer will occupy approximately 150,000 square feet of retail space and the new store is set to be its largest M&S store in the Republic of Ireland.
M&S currently has 20 stores in Ireland and employs 3,000 people.
