Exploration company Providence Resources says that Italian energy group Eni has farmed into its Irish offshore 'Dunquin' licence.
Eni will take a 40% interest from US firm ExxonMobil, which retains half of its previously held 80% interest in the licence off the west coast of Ireland.
ExxonMobil, Providence and its minority partner in the 'Dunquin' licence, Sosina, will assume a cumulative 40% interest in the adjacent Eni-operated Frontier Exploration Licence 1/99.
