Swedish home furnishings giant IKEA has said booming trade has it looking for 100 temporary staff at its new store in Dublin.

The company says that it has had an average daily footfall of 15,500 since it opened in Ballymun on July 27.

In a statement, the firm, which already 500 at the store, said the temporary jobs will be across its sales, services, logistics and food services departments.
