Kenexa, a provider of business solutions for human resources, has opened a new office in Dundalk, Co Louth which will create up to 30 jobs by the end of next year.
Further jobs growth is expected as the operation develops. Kenexa now has 33 offices in 18 countries worldwide.
Established in 1987, Kenexa reported revenues of €166.6m in 2008. It helps companies by identifying the best individual for every job and fosters optimal work environments.
The company said that Dundalk was an ideal location from which it wil be able to deliver a personal, local service to its customers in Ireland, as well as allow it to scale its operations to better serve its European customers.
