BMI has added nine new destinations from Dublin - via London Heathrow - after sealing a deal with Virgin Atlantic.
Under the share-code agreement, it will sell direct flights from Dublin via London Heathrow to the USA gateways of Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, San Francisco, Boston and Miami. It will also offer services to Dubai, Nairobi and Delhi.
BMI operates up to six flights daily on the Dublin-London Heathrow route and up to eight return flights a day on the Belfast-Heathrow route. It first entered the Irish marketplace in 1984.
