The chief executive of the Educational Building Society. Fergus Murphy, has been re-elected to the board following the society's AGM in Dublin this afternoon.
Two independent candidates Martin Donlon - a former Garda Assistant Commissioner - and Linda O'Shea Farren were also elected to the board.
Speaking afterwards, Linda O'Shea Farren said she would continue to support the mutual status of EBS, while Martin Donlon said he would work hard for members.
