United Drug has appointed former Kerry Group chief executive Hugh Friel as a non-executive director. Mr Friel is also chairman of Tourism Ireland.
Meanwhile, Angela Keegan has been appointed MyHome.ie's new managing director. She will take over from Jim Miley, the online property website's founder, in June.
Ms Keegan has been chief operations officer at MyHome since she joined in 2005. She has been responsible for the expansion of the property portal to include commercial, overseas and rental property listings.
