Management at Dublin Bus has agreed to amend its cost-cutting plans to ensure that there are no compulsory redundancies at the company.
Under the proposals, agreed at the Labour Relations Commission this afternoon, all drivers will be guaranteed at least five days pay a week.
SIPTU and the National Bus and Rail Union will ballot their members on the proposals next week.
