House prices in the North have dropped by nearly 30% over the last year, according to a quarterly survey by the University of Ulster.
The survey confirmed that 2008 was the worst year for the North's housing market since the start of the 1980s.
The survey also confirmed the continuing low volume of house sales, with 704 transactions recorded between October and December.
