Drinks group C&C has sold its wine and spirits distribution business to DCC in a deal worth around €9.6m.
FindlaterGrants distributes wine and spirits brands to retailers, off licences, restaurants and hotels throughout the country.
The business, which employs 32 people, broke even in the year to the end of February on turnover of €33m.
DCC says it expects to make 'significant' savings from the integration of FindlaterGrant with its Irish wine distribution business Woodford Bourne.
