A subsidiary of financial services group IFG - IFG Cyprus - has bought Excel-Serve Management for over €10.7m.
The company, which was owned by Vassos Hadjivassiliou, is based in Cyprus with offices in Nicosia and Limassol. It started trading in 2004, when it acquired the corporate clients of Deloitte & Touche in Nicosia.
