Waste and energy group NTR has announced a number of management changes after chief operations officer Michael King's decision to step down in September.
Despite his departure as a group director, Mr King has agreed to stay on the board of a number of NTR's businesses.
Meanwhile, the chief executive of NTR's waste company Greenstar, Steve Cowman, is to take over as chief executive of Stirling Energy Systems (SES). NTR recently bought a controlling interest in SES, a US-based solar thermal business.
Neil Parkinson will replace Mr Cowman as chief executive of Greenstar. Mr Parkinson was previously chief executive of Irish Broadband, which NTR recently sold.
