British retailer Woolworths is looking at the possible sale of its stake in DVD publisher 2entertain, which is majority-owned by the BBC.
A statement said Woolworths noted recent press speculation about its stake in 2entertain. It went on to confirm that it was considering its options.
The Daily Telegraph, without citing sources, said Woolworths had hired UBS to sell its stake in 2entertain, which it said analysts valued at as much as £200m.
