Pizza Hut is reported to have bought Dublin-based Godfathers Pizza for an undisclosed sum.
Godfathers has 28 locations across Ireland. Pizza Hut already runs 17 pizza delivery firms in Ireland.
Pizza Hut is owned by US giant Yum, which also owns KFC.
