Outsourcing group Newcourt, which is involved in areas such as security and recruitment, has reported pre-tax profits of just under €9.3m for last year. This is up 21% on the 2006 figure.
Revenue jumped by 42% to €165.9m and adjusted earnings per share were up 17% to 11.71 cent. Acquisitions boosted revenue by more than €4m.
CEO Ted O'Neill said the company expected further growth this year.
Profits in Newcourt's support services division - which includes security and facilities management - grew by 33% to €6.4m. Student accommodation profits rose 61% to €4.8m, while profits in the aviation outsourcing and recruitment sector increased 28% to €4.3m.
Newcourt shares closed up four cent at 83 cent in Dublin this evening.
