Newcourt Group's subsidiary, Ely Property Group, has bought UK-based BHE Limited for an undisclosed sum.
BHE is a promoter, developer and facilitator of student accommodation in the UK and has a significant pipeline of developments for delivery from 2009 onwards.
The management of BHE will integrate into the existing Ely structure
