Lynch Hotels has sold the Green Isle Hotel at Newlands Cross in Dublin to Brian Brennan, owner of Brennan Hotels. The price was not disclosed.
Lynch Hotels managing director Michael Lynch said his group made decided to focus on its west of Ireland hotels, having recently developed and refurbished the Green Isle.
Brennan Hotels owns four hotels: the Springhill Court in Kilkenny; Arklow Bay in Wicklow; Bettystown Court in Meath; and Clonmel Park in Tipperary.
