Security specialists Bell Security has announced a change of name. The company will become Niscayah Ltd later this year, as it adopts the new branding strategy being introduced by its parent Swedish listed Securitas Systems.
As part of the Bell Group, the company was listed on the London Stock Exchange from 199 until its acquisition in 2004.
Bell says the change is being made mainly to strengthen the group's position from an international perspective.
