Outsourcing services group Newcourt said its wholly owned subsidiary Federal Security Group has acquired the business of BDS Security Management for an undisclosed sum.
The BDS business is focused on both manguarding and electronic security operating mainly in Dublin and Cork. It has annualised revenue of about €13m and employs over 400 security officers.
Federal Security Group employs over 2,400 people and expects to deliver revenues of over €70m for 2007.
Newcourt is involved in the security, recruitment and property services.
