Aer Lingus has sold its 20% stake in charter airline Futura for €11.3m.
The airline had sold its majority stake in the Spanish-registered business in 2002 as part of its strategy to withdraw from non-core activities.
The sale is part of a deal which involves the purchase of the whole of Futura by UK private equity group Hutton Collins and management.
