White Young Green (WYG), consultant to the built, natural and social environment has bought an engineering consulting group with offices in Dublin and Limerick for €19.5m.
P H McCarthy & Partners (PHMP) specialises in large public infrastructure projects in the water and highway sectors and also has private clients in construction.
Following the acquisition the 184 employees at PHMP will become part of White Young Green Ireland, which brings its employee level to over 670.
