Exploration company Ormonde Mining has taken complete control of the La Zarza copper and gold project in northern Spain.
It has bought out its joint venture partner Nueva Tharsis in a deal which includes all the land held by its partner.
A feasibility study on the project is being carried out and is expected to be completed in the last quarter of this year.
