TVC Holdings has begun trading on Dublin's IEX and London's AIM markets. It has raised €50m by placing just over 33.3 million shares at €1.50 a share, valuing the company at around €152m.
TVC says the money raised will be used to finance further development of the existing portfolio of companies, fund new investments and support the group's investment activities.
TVC Holdings owns Trinity Venture Capital, which was established in 1997 and is a private equity investor and investment manager.
