Recruitment group CPL Resources has bought the assets of the Richmond Recruitment Group.
Richmond, set up in 1990, has offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway offering permanent and temporary recruitment services to a broad range of clients.
CPL says Richmond's management team led by Graham Burns would continue to oversee the business.
