TVC Holdings is planning to list on Dublin's IEX market.
TVC is a new holding company which will own Trinity Venture Capital and interests in the investment portfolios of two other funds. Overall, the company will have substantial stakes in 14 separate companies.
Its initial filing with the Irish Stock Exchange said the shares would be priced at €1.50 but said the amount to be raised by the flotation was yet to be decided.
TVC's executive chairman will be Shane Reihill, while John Tracey will be CEO. Other proposed directors include Gavin O'Reilly and John McGuckian.
