Revenue has published a list of 150 tax evaders who made settlements totalling €34m during the first quarter of the year.
The list also includes thirty two builders or related tradespeople, as well as 23 company directors, 20 farmers, and 16 retirees, as well as others.
Property developers, Heritage Properties, based at St Doolagh's Park, Malahide Road, Balgriffen Dublin 17, topped the list with a settlement of €3.5m.
The company had under declared its VAT bill and was found out as a result of a Revenue Audit.
Engineering Contractors, Howley Civil Engineering, of North Point Business park, New Mallow Road, Co Cork ,was next with a settlement of almost €3.2m.
Their under declaration of a range of taxes and was also detected as a result of a Revenue Audit.
Solicitor Patrick Macklin of 26 North Road Monaghan was third highest. He settled for almost €2.2m including nearly €1.5m in interest and penalties as a result of his investment in a bogus non-resident account.
Clothing Retailer, Michael Harty, of Clovelly, Baltrasna, Ashbourne, Co. Meath paid almost €1.6m in settlement including €1.1m in interest and penalties as a result of his investment in a bogus non resident account.
Hugh McNally a company Director from Mullaghdun, Clones Road, Monaghan settled for just over €1.3m. This included almost €1m interest and penalties and it resulted from his involvement in offshore assets and single premium insurance products.
Retired Jeweller, Gerard Connolly, of Sheenaun, The Kerries, Tralee, Co Kerry paid €1.3m, almost €1m of which was made up of interest and penalties. He was caught up in the Revenue's investigation into Single Premium Insurance Products.
In all nine of settlements listed were for over €1m, while the average was €229,000.
Three people on today's list of settlements were already deceased.
