Cork-based property investment firm CMC Capital has sold a retail and office site in Leipzig in Germany for €15.1m.
The company bought Barthels Hof for €12.8m in April last year on behalf of a syndicate of investors.
CMC said it had negotiated leases with new retail tenants and leased out vacant office space during its period of ownership.
