More than 40 jobs are to be created at the Údarás na Gaeltachta Industrial Estate in Casla, Connemara.
European Court of Auditors member Máire Geoghegan Quinn officially opened a new 2,787sq.m state-of-the-art building supply facility today.
The facility, which did not receive any State funding, will supply hardware, plumbing material and electrical goods.
