The founder and director of building materials group Kingspan, Brendan Murtagh, has sold a third of his holding in the company for €50m.
It is thought he will be investing in a property fund run by developer Howard Holdings. He still owns 2.8% of the firm.
A statement to the stock exchange said Mr Murtagh had sold 2.4 million shares at a price of €20.05.
