Origin Enterprises has priced its shares for its flotation at €3 each. The shares will list on two exchanges - the IEX in Dublin and London's AIM - on June 5.
Origin is the holding company for IAWS's agribusiness and property interests. Part of its business is the Shamrock Foods brand of nuts, seeds and dried fruits.
The flotation will value Origin at around €400m, with around 25% of shares in the company being offered.
