Blackrock International Land, the property company spun off from Fyffes, has given more details of a joint venture it has formed to acquire three sites in the City of London.
Its partner is Dublin-based property investment company Cornerstone Capital Management. Blackrock says the three sites, when completed, will comprise more than 165,000 square feet of office space.
Blackrock is investing €25m for a 37.5% stake in the venture. The three development sites are close to the Bank of England.
