More than 330,000 passengers are expected to travel through Dublin Airport over the Easter holiday weekend - a 9% increase on the same three days last year.
More than 2,080 flights will arrive and depart during this time including, 120 chartered flights.
The most popular sun destinations are Las Palmas, Lanzarote, Faro and mainland Spain.
The Dublin Airport Authority formally also unveiled its newest check-in area today.
This new facility is capable of handling up to 4 million passengers a year and the DAA says it will ease congestion considerably on the departures floor.
