JDH Acquisitions, which took over the Jurys Doyle hotels group in 2005, has agreed to sell the Burlington Hotel in Dublin for €288m.
The hotel is being bought by property developer Bernard McNamara after a tender process.
JDH said the Burlington would remain fully open for business throughout 2007. The hotel is situated on a 3.78 acre site in Dublin 4.
