Recruitment group CPL Resources has bought Kate Cowhig International Recruitment, a company which specialises in the healthcare sector.
Kate Cowhig recruits registered nurses, midwives and other health professionals for teaching hospitals in Ireland and the UK.
The Dublin-based company also has local agents in India, Philippines, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
CPL said it wanted to expand and develop its international healthcare business.
