Aer Arann flew over one million in 2006

Aer Arann said today that it flew over one million passengers last year.

Last year the airline announced 4 new routes between Ireland and the UK (Waterford to Birmingham, Sligo to Manchester, Galway to Newcastle, Galway to Bristol).

Aer Arann said they will also operate seven routes to France during the summer, including four services to Lorient (from Waterford, Galway, Cork and Kerry) and three services to Nantes (from Cork, Cardiff and Bristol).

Aer Arann operates over 600 flights per week and said today it was launching a 250,000 seat sale to celebrate flying 1.1 million passengers last year.
